Last October, we were thrilled and honoured to have the brilliant f.s.blumm play the first ever gig in the grounds (well, patio garden) of the brewery. On a tranquil Sunday afternoon, in front of a intimate and enraptured gathering (when we were all still able to do that kind of thing), Frank played a set of gorgeous ambient guitar and acoustic electronica, once everyone had warmed up a bit with bean and sausage stew and a couple of kegs of beer! Watch three songs from Frank’s set below:
You can get hold of the excellent new f.s.blumm album ‘in sight’ on his bandcamp page. It’s released on the Berlin-based boutique label Sonic Pieces, which is run by Monique Recknagel – who also handcrafts limited editions of her label’s releases. Do check out Frank’s labelmates (and party guests) Otto A Totland and Erik K Skodvin, who also record as Deaf Center.
